1. Eligibility & Account

• You must create an account to use the platform.
• You agree to provide accurate information and maintain account security.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us of unauthorized access.

2. Services

Mirano provides access to:

• Web-based AI-powered design tools
• Content generation and editing features
• Template libraries and export options

We use third-party providers including:

• Supabase – account/auth management
• Hetzner – hosting & storage
• Gemini Flash 2.5 – AI model
• Razorpay – payment processing
• Cloudflare – DNS & security services

Availability may vary due to maintenance, updates, or service disruptions.

3. User Content & Ownership

You own the designs you create

• Any artwork, infographic, or design you generate on Mirano belongs to you.
• You can download, share, publish, use commercially, modify, or delete your content.

License to operate

To run the service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store your content when you choose to save it
• Process data to generate designs & improve services

We do not claim ownership of your designs.

4. AI Usage & Content Responsibility

Mirano uses AI models to generate design suggestions and visual content.

You agree to NOT upload or generate content that:

• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains hate, harassment, threats, or illegal content
• Promotes misinformation or harmful activities
• Contains sexually explicit or inappropriate material

You are responsible for ensuring all content complies with applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for abuse or harmful use.

5. Intellectual Property

The Mirano platform, interface, templates, code, and technology belong to us.

You may not:

• Copy or reverse-engineer the platform
• Sell or resell access to Mirano
• Remove branding or proprietary notices

6. Payments & Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed as shown during checkout.
• Payment processing is handled securely through Razorpay.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in your account settings.

Refund Policy

• We currently do not offer refunds except where legally required.
• Trials or free credits (if provided) allow you to evaluate the service.

7. Fair Usage

To protect service quality, users may not:

• Automate mass content generation/scripts/bots
• Abuse compute resources or overload the system
• Attempt to bypass plan limits or security systems

If compromised usage is detected, we may suspend access.

8. Data Storage

• Designs are only stored if you choose to save them
• You may delete your content anytime
• We retain deleted backups for a short period for recovery and security compliance
• We do not sell your data.

9. Disclaimer & Liability

Mirano is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without guarantees.

We do not promise:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free performance
• 100% accuracy of AI-generated content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of data, revenue, designs, or usage
• AI output quality issues
• Third-party failures or outages

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse or abuse the platform
• Required by law or security reasons

You may cancel your account anytime.

11. Third-Party Links

Mirano may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for content or policies of external websites.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Puducherry, India.
